Structural – New Mezzanine, Floor slab infills, Plant Decks, Existing Mezzanine strengthening works
MEP- Creation of new Landlords Plant room, two tenant Plant rooms, All new exposed services inc Heating and cooling, Ventilation, CWS and Drainage, Power, Lighting, Access Control and Fire Alarm systems.
Drywall- Acoustic upgrades to existing demise wall, New Demise wall, Partitions, and ceilings.
Architectural- New doors sets, RAF, Floor finishes, Decorations, Balustrade and steel mesh soffit Panels
