DESCRIPTION

This project involved the fit out of a restaurant over the basement and ground floor at Unit 4/5 Trocadero for a Chinese ‘hot pot’ restaurant.

    • New MEPH services (new AHUs, chillers)

    • New kitchen area, private dining suites, a nail bar, as well as relevant front of house (promotional) and back of house (admin) areas

    • New shop fronts were installed to the main entrance on Coventry Street as well as a secondary entrance, accessible via the tube entrance

    • A new feature stair access was created from basement to ground

    • 2nr new lifts installed

    • All new joinery installed on both levels (a large majority of which was manufactured in China and installed in the UK)
