DESCRIPTION

This was a complex project including full strip out of CAT B back to CAT A+ over 7 floors, working from roof level down to basement.

    • Formation/alteration to form 5 new lifts

    • Heavy structural works on the floor plates and in the basement areas

    • New M&E installation throughout [mixture of exposed services and feature ceilings]

    • Retained and upgraded/new raised flooring.

    • End of journey experience works including re-configuration of the basement, new shower and WC blocks, cycle racks and lockers.

    • Damp proofing and specialist floor feature throughout the basement area

    • Restoration of original 1920s mosaic staircase

    • Full reconfiguration of the reception area including feature finishes, new facade/canopy, revolving door and speed lanes
